Customize PI

Give your Wooqer a personalized look and feel with your own Home page, Background and the starting Retrospective. Let’s get started.

A. Home Page and Background

 

Click on “Manage PI” >> “Home page”

 

HOMEPAGE CONTENT

  1. Click on ‘Change Content’.
  2. Click on ‘Choose File’ and select an image or video from your device that meets the stated specs
  3. Click on ‘Update’.

BACKGROUND IMAGE

  1. Click on ‘Change Content’.
  2. Click on ‘Choose File’ and select an image from your device that meets the stated specs
  3. Click on ‘Update’

B. Retrospective

The Retrospective is where you share a key video communication with all users. This is the only building block on Wooqer that is common for all. Everything else is personalized. The Retrospective is commonly used for :

  • Senior Management communication
  • Latest Advertisement
  • Recognition of employees by featuring them on the Retro
  • Team videos shared with all
  • Snippets of events shared with all
  • + anything else that you may imagine

Click on “Manage PI” >> “Retrospective”

  • Click on ‘Change Retro’
  • Enter the TITLE for the Video.
  • ADD VIDEO by clicking on  ‘Select Video’ and uploading a video from your browser OR click on ‘Select Chapter’ to select a previously uploaded file as Retro OR click on ‘Select Retro’ to bring back a previously used Retro.

 

History : It keeps a record of comments added by the user. Click on ‘Change’ next to ‘Comments’

  • Comments : On (Users can comment on a Talk associated with Retro)
  • Comments : Off (Users cannot comment on a Talk associated with Retro)
