1. Auto Tasks

• The system can now automatically generate contextual tasks when a user submits a process with a non-compliant answer option.

These generated tasks, called “auto-tasks,” can be assigned to specific users or roles.

This eliminates the need for manual task creation by reviewers on each non-compliant answer submission.

2. Task Reassignment

• Re-assign a contextual or non-contextual task, whether generated by the system or by a user, to a third user who is responsible for completing the task.

Reviewers can view the activity logs to see the reassignment history.
