The rules for buying a track, taking the assessment and holding a Wooqer Academy certificate.
Buying
- Prices are per person, in US dollars, and paid through Stripe. Payment details go to Stripe and never reach wooqer.com.
- Each seat is for one person and one track.
- To buy for a team, choose the number of seats on the payment form. You then assign each seat by email from your account, and can reassign a seat until its holder starts the exam.
- Receipts and business invoices come from Stripe. Invoices can carry your tax ID and a purchase order number.
Refunds
You can have a full refund within 14 days of buying, as long as nobody has started the exam on that seat. Write to academy@wooqer.com from the email you bought with. After 14 days, or once an attempt has started, the seat cannot be refunded.
The assessment
- Format
- Two parts in one sitting, taken online
- Knowledge part
- 30 minutes, with questions drawn at random from the track's question bank
- Practical part
- 30 minutes of tasks based on real Wooqer screens
- Pass mark
- 80% or more on each part
- Timing
- The clock keeps running if you close the page, and you can come back before time runs out. When time runs out, the answers you saved are marked.
- Retakes
- Each seat gives two attempts at each part. The second opens 7 days after the first. After that, buy the track again for two more. A part you have passed stays passed.
- Prerequisites
- Each level needs a valid certificate at the level below. This is checked when you start the exam.
- Supervision
- None. You take it on your own, at a time that suits you.
Before you start, you confirm that the work is your own, that you will not share the questions, and that the name you give is the one to print on your certificate.
Certificates
- Issued automatically when you pass both parts, and valid for 2 years.
- Each certificate shows your name, the credential, its dates and a credential ID.
- Anyone with the credential ID can check it on our verify page. It shows the same details as the certificate and never your email address.
- We may revoke a certificate earned by sharing questions or by someone else taking the assessment. The verify page then shows it as revoked.
Your data
We keep your name, email, company, country, orders, results and certificates to run the Academy and to show your company which seats it has bought. Payments are handled by Stripe. Our privacy policy explains the rest.
Questions
Which certification should I take?
Choose by what you do in Wooqer. User is for people who submit the work, Reviewer is for people who review it and follow up, and Producer is for people who build the processes.
Do I have to attend training?
No. You can go straight to the exam. Live online sessions are included if you want them.
What if I fail?
You get one free retake of the part you failed, 7 days later. Any part you have passed stays passed.
Can my team join?
Yes. Choose the number of seats on the payment form, then assign each seat by email.
How long is a certificate valid?
Two years from the day it is issued.
