How it works

Everyone takes the same assessment. How you prepare for it is up to you.

  1. Buy a track

    Pay through Stripe. Buying for a team? Choose the number of seats, then send each one to a colleague.

  2. Prepare your way

    Go straight to the exam, or join a live online session first. Both are included in the price.

  3. Pass both parts

    A 30-minute knowledge test and a practical, with 80% needed on each. One free retake after 7 days.

  4. Share your certificate

    Download it, add it to LinkedIn, and let anyone check it on our verify page.

Questions

Which certification should I take?

Choose by what you do in Wooqer. User is for people who submit the work, Reviewer is for people who review it and follow up, and Producer is for people who build the processes. Start at Beginner unless you already hold the level below.

Do I have to attend training?

No. You can go straight to the exam. Live online sessions are included if you want them, and you book them from your account after you buy.

What is the pass mark?

80% on each part: the 30-minute knowledge test and the practical.

What if I fail?

You get one free retake of the part you failed, 7 days later. After that you can buy the track again. Any part you have passed stays passed.

Can my team join?

Yes. Choose the number of seats on the payment form, then give each seat to a colleague by email. Each person gets an invitation and their own seat.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes. On the payment form, choose to buy as a business and add your tax ID and a purchase order number. Stripe emails you the invoice.

How does someone check my certificate?

On our verify page, with your credential ID. It shows your name, the credential, its dates and whether it is valid.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, within 14 days of buying, as long as nobody has started the exam on that seat.
