I don’t remember my old login details. How can I retrieve them?
You can retrieve your username from the welcome email sent to you when your ID was created on Wooqer. Check folders like Promotion or Spam if not in Inbox. The subject is usually "Welcome to {Organization Name}". Use the "Forgot Password" option to reset your password once you have your username.
I work at Unit X, but see Unit Y in my To Do list. Why?
The user might be assigned to the wrong unit. Check the User's mapped Unit under "Manage Users" and correct it. If using "Smart Assign", ensure the underlying mapping is correct.
How can I update my Time Zone on Wooqer?
The app detects your time zone automatically. You can also manually update it by clicking the Settings icon on the top left of the app and tapping "Timezone".
I received a notification but nothing shows when I tap it. Why?
The Administrator may have pulled back the assignment to make corrections, or it was wrongly assigned to you. Contact your Administrator if you believe this is an error.
How do I logon to Wooqer?
Your Login ID is usually your email ID or mobile number. Use the "Forgot password" option on the mobile app to receive an OTP if you cannot find your credentials.
