The Challenge
Unstandardized Review Reports
Before Wooqer, Manyavar used paper notes and Excel for visit reports and data collection. Area Managers used different formats to collect and send data and different channels for follow-ups on post-review tasks. As such, consolidating all the data to get a complete view of all stores’ performance was very inefficient.

Manyavar used Wooqer to digitize the entire review process. Instead of paper notes and Excel, Area Managers now use our mobile app to access the centrally set checklist to review stores and upload real-time evidence.
Any issues found during the review process were immediately tagged and assigned to respective functions to be fixed. These issues could be centrally tracked to check pending tasks, send follow-ups, and prioritize efforts. This way, all respective stakeholders knew what needed to be done to reach Manyavar’s set compliance standards. The organization had an eagle-eye view of the performance of all its stores in one place!
