The Org code is used as a prefix on all your Process reports and is a 2 character alphanumeric code.

The Login Support ID is part of all login related mails and is the point of contact for users looking for login related assistance
The Training Support ID is part of all assignment and other notifications and is a contact for users looking for operations support.
